The newly appointed Director of the Rajiv Gandhi Institute of Knowledge Technologies (RJUKT), Kokkirala Venkata Gopala Dhana Balaji, emphasized his commitment to prioritizing skill-oriented training programs in alignment with the guidelines of the National Education Policy-2020. This approach enables students to pursue new courses of interest while concentrating on their chosen engineering subjects.

Dr. Balaji, who previously served as the Registrar of Gitam University from 2019 to 2021, underscored the significance of acquiring multiple skills and staying updated with technological changes. He believes that such efforts will open up more opportunities for young individuals.

Upon assuming his role at the Etcherla, Srikakulam campus, Dr. Balaji engaged with the outgoing Director Pedada Jagadewswara Rao, OSD Sudhakar Babu, Administrative Officer Muni Ramakrishna, Dean Korla Ramakrishna Chowdary, Public Relation Officer Mamidi Shanumukha, and others to discuss measures for enhancing the campus infrastructure.
